General Conditions
Certificate of Inoculation for Feline Entritus/Cat Flu ('TRICAT') must be presented at time of drop-off.
Although our pens are routinely sprayed to prevent the spread of fleas, it would appreciated if owners could treat their pets with a veterinarian recommended flea treatment prior to their stay.
We strongly recommend that cats are transported in secure baskets. Where they are not then it is the owners' responsibility to ensure their pets security whilst in transit to and from pens.
Our pens are electrically heated, however during periods of cold weather, owners are encouraged to bring extra bedding for their pets comfort.
In the event that your pet becomes unwell, we will, of course, do all we can to ensure that prompt veterinary care is given. It would help, however, if you could leave a local contact number during your absence, along with your wishes, regarding your pet. Whilst we are more than happy to board older pets, we are unable to accept responsibility should the worst happen.

Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day and Easter Sunday - (Double daily rate). (All prices include VAT)
Conditions
Where cats are collected before 12:00 Noon, there will be no charge for that day.
The minimum charge for a 'short term booking' is three days.
Cheques will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid guarantee card. (Due to current high bank charges, we are unable to accept credit cards at present).
We do not require a deposit, however, less than four days notice of cancellation will incur a £25 charge.
